  This morning, I read an article on Bloomberg about the “fizzle” in manufacturing job growth in the United States. Over the last 12 months, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the US economy has created 24,000 manufacturing jobs. Over the last 6 months, it has shed 24,000.
