Gambling in Ala. has small payoff

From my seat way out in left field, Montgomery seems to have exerted a lot of energy cracking down on gambling without much to show for it. After Judge Shashy’s ruling in favor of Victoryland last month, I suppose the Governor decided it would be better for Attorney General’s office to spend its resources doing something else.
